A tasty dessert based on a crumbled almond paste (pistachios typical of southern Italy not to be confused with marzipan) topped with a cream based on Italian sheep’s milk ricotta with Belgian dark chocolate nuggets and decorations of candied fruit and pistachios of Sicily.
